SFXP students earned awards from the Scholastic Art Awards competition sponsored by the Boston Globe. Gabrielle Cote received a Silver Key for her sculpture “Eyes Have It.” Sean Hanson, Andrew Juan, Rocco Pizzuto, and Kaya DeAngelis each received Honorable Mentions for drawing. Madeleine Colesano and Bella Testa also had work selected to compete.
The entire SFXP community congratulates Nicholas Glaser (JPII ’17, SFXP ’13) on his early decision acceptance to the Rhode Island School of Design (RISD).
