Students Earn Scholastic Art Awards
SFXP students earned awards from the Scholastic Art Awards competition sponsored by the Boston Globe. Gabrielle Cote received a Silver Key for her sculpture “Eyes Have It.” Sean Hanson, Andrew Juan, Rocco Pizzuto, and Kaya DeAngelis each received Honorable Mentions for drawing. Madeleine Colesano and Bella Testa also had work selected to compete.
Early Decision to RISD for SFXP Grad
The entire SFXP community congratulates Nicholas Glaser (JPII ’17, SFXP ’13) on his early decision acceptance to the Rhode Island School of Design (RISD). The St. John Paul II High School Concert Choir received confirmation from The Vatican that they will be providing the music for the Sunday, February 26, 2017, 10 AM Mass at St. Peter’s Basilica.
