Happy Fall! Thank you to all who support the HSA! We are so grateful to those who volunteer their time and talent to help make SFXP a special place for students and their families. EarthView visited SFXP on October 24th. Miss Walsh shared with our students that Geography is a dynamic discipline at the intersection of STEM education and global education. Earthview is a 20 foot inflatable globe that travels to school gyms throughout the United States. This teaching tool allows students not only to get a close up view of the exterior of the globe, but also to step inside and understand the world from its interior. If learning more about Geography is of interest to your student, follow EarthView at their blog: bsu-earthview.blogspot.com. Your HSA dues helped fund this valuable Enrichment program. HSA co-President Anke Rudy will host the first ever Parent Social on Thursday, November 2nd! If you are a parent who would like to get to know some other parents in a very relaxed, casual environment, join the fun! 7-9 P.M., 255 Crystal Lake Road, Osterville.
